GEMS Event Management required a suite of graphics to market & brand the upcoming 2018 SEPLA Conference which they were managing.
The client was after a visual representation of the theme which the 2018 SEPLA Conference committee had provided, that would resonate with attendees and draw new delegates to the event.
Our task was to provide a web banner, marketing brochure cover page, email tiles & PowerPoint presentation template.
We dissected the theme, collected inspiring graphic elements & presented the client with a draft brochure cover page design (containing all of the key information they provided). The client was delighted with the result.

Key statistics and information designed in a way that grabs audience attention
Prestige Health Services Australia contacted Visual Order to assist them with the design of a single page flyer. The project had a tight deadline, with only 2 days from draft content being provided to the final flyer being presented to the client.
Using Prestige Health Services Australia's existing branding elements and colour palette, we designed an impactful and vibrant flyer - which divided information into bite-sized sections through the use of typography, colour and custom designed icons.
The client was highly impressed with the final output, and have requested to replicate this format for several flyers they have produced since.

Engaging corporate presentations that ‘wow’ your audience & convey your message effectively
With an upcoming executive level presentation to one of their key clients, Kantar Consulting made the decision to get Visual Order on board to assist with the design of their final document.
The initial task was to first design a template suited to the audience's brand, and secondly to roll-out this new template style across an existing deck of 40 slides.
We took inspiration from examples of the brand's print materials available online and designed a custom PowerPoint template - which included multiple layout options for divider and text slides.
We also sourced relevant imagery, created custom icons to support the key messaging, and added co-branding to the presentation.

Complete branding solutions for new business or tired brands wanting a refresh
Having recently decided on their new brand identity, Hummingbird Insight got in contact with Visual Order to help them get their corporate branding finalised.
The client required further refinement of their logo, as well as a suite of on-brand, user friendly templates for PowerPoint and Word.
We presented the client with 2 design concepts for the PowerPoint presentation template, of which the client selected their preferred option, which was then further refined in close consultation with the client to create the final template.
Once the PowerPoint template was finalised, this was then used as a style guide to create the letterhead template, which was created in Word.
